May Employee of the Month – Lynn Rucker

Lynn Rucker joined Boone Health as a Housekeeper with Environmental Services in 2024.

Her nomination read:

“I want to give a huge shout out to Lynn from Environmental Services for her absolutely incredible work! Every time I see her, she’s giving 110%, going above and beyond to keep our facility looking amazing. The difference was immediate when Lynn took over the lobby. The entire space shines! From the piano to the baseboards and windowsills, everything is spotless and smells fantastic. Her attention to detail and dedication don’t just make the lobby look great, they make a real impact on everyone who walks through our doors. Lynn, your hard work does not go unnoticed, and we are so grateful for everything that you do!”
