Hospitals across the country, and here in Missouri, are facing a workforce crisis. The COVID-19 pandemic has magnified an already present national nursing shortage and created new challenges filling both clinical and non-clinical roles.
We have opened five, rapid-hire positions for community members interested in helping the Boone Health team keep our community healthy and safe. These roles are designed for former or retired nurses and caregivers, nursing students or any non-clinical community member interested.
