Nurses love serving patients in Boone Hospital’s Emergency Department

Boone Hospital Center’s Emergency Department is full of outstanding staff members like registered nurses Callie and Andrea.

Serving in an ED requires a special skill set, and Callie and Andrea thrive in that environment.

“One of the things I love most about working at Boone’s ED is the excellent teamwork among our nursing staff and our physicians,” said Andrea. “As a nurse, it is important to feel like you have the necessary tools, equipment and resources to give the best care to your patients.”

Callie agreed, saying she appreciates the teamwork and resources Boone provides.

“A friendly, hardworking team, coupled with excellent standards of care and easy access to resources like the Missouri Heart Center and our stroke team make Boone Hospital’s ED an awesome place to work,” she said.
