To our ICU nurse: “She was a reassuring voice when I needed it most”

I was with my grandfather in the ICU on Friday July 5, 2013. His night nurse Loretta was very kind and considerate to him and me.

She answered any questions I had, took time with him and was so patient no matter how many times he tried to climb out of bed or pull his IV out!

She was a reassuring voice when I needed it most. Please let her know how grateful I was that she was his nurse for the night!
