Free educational event — Understanding Advance Care Planning

Join the Boone Hospital Foundation for a free educational event on Nov. 21. Respecting Choices: Understanding Advance Care Planning is open to the public and all health care professionals. This event will highlight the need for a greater focus on advance care planning in mid-Missouri.

Dinner is provided, seating is limited and registration is required. Call 573.815.2800 to register. The deadline for registration is Nov. 14.
