Boone Hospital Supportive Care Conference
Darren Gabbert has been a frequent Boone Hospital Center patient since childhood, when he was diagnosed with muscular dystrophy. Now 51, Darren controls his wheelchair and communicates using a special electromyographic switch controlled by eyebrow movements. He has a close-knit family, a supportive faith community, and a successful career. Darren wants you to know that, despite the challenges he’s faced, “Life is good!”
Please join us for this very special presentation.
Thanks to a generous donation by Boone Hospital Foundation, this program and dinner are free to attend and open to the public.
