Low-Sodium Beef Veggie Soup

Ingredients:
4 cups unsalted beef broth
4 cups low sodium tomato juice
1lb lean ground beef, browned and drained
1 envelope Williams Chili Seasoning
2 cans no salt added green beans, drained
4 large carrots, diced
1 large onion, diced
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, bring to a boil then reduce heat & simmer for 2-3 hours.
Optional:
Choose frozen veggies, use ground turkey, add celery and corn, and/or add barley.
