Free Health Screenings
Wednesday, November 13 • 8 AM to Noon
Columbia/Boone County Public Health & Human Services
1005 W. Worley St, Columbia

Come aboard the Boone Hospital Center Mobile Health Unit for free health screenings, including blood glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL, A1C, blood pressure, and body composition analysis.

We will also provide information and questionnaires to determine your risk for lung cancer and if you need a lung cancer screening. 

For best results, please fast 8 to 12 hours before screening. The body composition analysis requires direct skin contact with hands and feet for accurate results.
