6/13/20 – Childbirth in a Day Class
Designed to offer detailed childbirth preparation in a small group setting, this one-day class provides individual attention in an environment that encourages discussion and questions. Topics include physical and emotional changes of pregnancy, labor and birth, Caesarean section birth, pain management, postpartum and newborn care, massage, breathing awareness, and relaxation training.
