Boone Health Operations and Support Services is conducting a sealed bid sale for surplus items. All items are listed individually below. A bid document will need to be completed for each item you would like to bid on.

To place your bid, please print, sign the linked document above for the item(s) that you are interested and return the signed, sealed bid to Jecca Kindle, Support Services Admin Coordinator

• by US mail to 1600 E. Broadway Box 61, Columbia, MO 65201 

• or hand delivered to the Support Services office in Boone Hospital Floor 1R. 

Bids must be received by 12 PM on Friday, June 12. 

• Bidders will be informed if their bid was successful and provided payment instructions on Monday, June 15. 

• Payment must be made with a cashier’s check made out to Boone Hospital Center. 

• Awarded bidder must pay in full by 12 PM on Thursday, June 18. If payment is not received by the deadline, the hospital will contact the second-highest bidder.
