Boone Health to hold dedication ceremony and open house for new Ambulance Station No. 12

New station is cutting response times for emergencies in southern portion of Columbia

WHAT:             Leaders from Boone Health and the Boone County Fire Protection District will host a dedication ceremony and an open house for the new Boone Health Ambulance Station No. 12.

                        The partnership with the two organizations has resulted in faster response times to emergencies in that area of the city of Columbia and Boone County.

WHO:             Speakers at the event include:

  • Brady Dubois, president and CEO of Boone Health
  • Doug Westhoff, chief of Boone County Fire Protection District
  • Josh Peak, chief of Boone Health Emergency Medical Services

WHEN:            10:30 a.m., Monday, Aug. 3.

WHERE:         5801 S. Rte K (south Providence Road) Columbia, MO 65203

NOTE:             Parking is limited at the location. Additional parking may be found at Boone County Fire District Station No. 8, located at 5905 S. Rte K, which is “next door” to the Boone Health Ambulance Station No. 12. When parking at Boone County Fire Station 8, do not block the bay doors.
