Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a resource that Boone Health HealthCare offers to help employees and their immediate family members gain the balance to overcome and succeed. EAP services are free and confidential and include counseling and work/life services.
Virtual Assistance Available
In addition to meeting with an EAP counselor by phone or in person, EAP is now offering virtual care! Virtual care provides personalized face-to-face video visits with a Boone Health EAP consultant using secure video technology. Employees now can schedule and join appointments from their computer, iPhone/iPad, or Android device. Virtual counseling sessions are the same as face-to-face sessions — a prior appointment is necessary, counseling is provided free of charge by Boone Health EAP’s expert consultants, and services are completely confidential.
