Paid Time Off (PTO) and Personal Sick Time (PST)

Boone Health’s paid time off (PTO) benefit combines vacation, holidays and sick days to provide flexibility in managing your time away from work.

All regular full and part-time benefits eligible employees accrue PTO unless they accrue ATO. Employees may accrue a maximum of 400 hours.

Team members will receive proceeds from their PTO sale at a pre-designated date the following calendar year. To learn more please review the PTO policy in PolicyTech® or contact HR at 573-815-3500.

PST Accrual Rates

PST is a form of protected paid leave covered by Missouri Prop A law. All employees, regardless of FTE, accrue 1 hour of PST for every 30 hours worked. There is no maximum accrual amount. Employees may carry over a maximum of 80 hours to the next year.
