Anna Clementz, FNP

Anna Clementz, FNP, is a family nurse practitioner who is passionate about helping patients achieve their health goals through personalized, collaborative care. A lifelong Mid-Missouri resident, she grew up in Columbia and now lives in Hallsville with her husband and three children. She earned her practical nursing degree from Moberly Area Community College, completed her registered nursing education at Columbia College, and received her advanced practice nursing degree from the University of Missouri–St. Louis. Anna began her healthcare career as a licensed practical nurse before becoming a registered nurse and ultimately a family nurse practitioner. With a strong background in orthopedics, her clinical interests include sports medicine, arthritis, and other chronic conditions, preventive medicine, and women’s health. She enjoys partnering with patients to better understand their needs and develop individualized care plans that support their long-term health and well-being. Anna believes in meeting patients where they are and working together to find practical solutions that align with their goals. 

Having grown up in the area, Anna was drawn to Boone Health because of its strong connection to the communities it serves and its commitment to providing patient-centered care close to home. She is excited to care for patients in Centralia and become an active part of the community. Outside of work, Anna enjoys fitness and staying active.
