Andrew Iliff, MD

Andrew Iliff, MD is a medical oncologist with Missouri Cancer Associates, where he has cared for patients at Boone for the past eight years. He provides comprehensive cancer care across a wide range of diagnoses, with particular interests in head and neck cancers, genitourinary cancers, lung cancer and gastrointestinal cancers.

Dr. Iliff earned his undergraduate and medical degrees through the six-year program at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, completed his residency at the University of Kansas and went on to complete a fellowship at the University of Iowa.

Known for his honest, compassionate approach, Dr. Iliff understands that a cancer diagnosis can be one of the most frightening moments in a person’s life. He focuses on helping patients navigate difficult circumstances with clear communication, realistic guidance and unwavering support, ensuring they feel informed and cared for throughout their treatment journey.
