Lydia Sexton, PA-C

Lydia received her bachelor’s degree in biology with a Spanish minor from Westminster College before receiving her masters of Physician Assistant degree from Stephens College in Columbia. A native of Martinsburg, Mo., a small town northeast of Columbia, Lydia began her career when she was a student, serving as an assistant in Laboratory Services at Boone Health for two years before moving to the Emergency Department and working as a lab & patient care technologist for an additional year before she attended school for her masters degree. She is a former college athlete, playing shooting guard for Westminster’s basketball team and singing has always been an important part of her life. She originally entered the health care field because she wanted to be able to take care of people who live in rural settings like those from her hometown.
