Background
Caitlyn Smith joined the Boone Health Mexico Primary Care Clinic in 2026. Having been a nurse since 2017, she has worked in many different areas, including home health, corrections, cardiology, NICU, ICU, rheumatology, immunology, infectious diseases and pulmonary.
She received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Capella University and her master’s degree in nursing from Arkansas State University. She is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
As a provider in Mexico, Caitlyn sees all ages of patients, from newborns to adults.
Born and raised in Moberly, Mo., Caitlyn married her high school sweetheart and has two boys and a dog, Max.
