Boone Hospital Center has a weight loss surgery support group called “Through Thick & Thin”. The group meets the second Thursday evening of each month 6:00pm to 7:00pm. The meetings are open to those that are seriously considering surgery or those that have had surgery. All pre-op patients are required to attend at least one meeting before surgery.
