Boone Health is always here to improve the health of the people and communities we serve, but some of our clinics and services will be closed or closing early on Friday, Dec. 31 and Saturday, January 1, 2022. We wish you and your family a happy and healthy 2022!

New Year’s Eve • Friday. December 31, 2021

Closing Early

  • Boone Convenient Care: Parkade location (Open 8 AM to 5 PM)
  • Boone Plaza Pharmacy (Open 7:30 AM to Noon)
  • Lab Draw Clinics: All sites will be open for the day, but some locations will close early
    • Broadway Medical Plaza 1 (Open 7 AM to 3:30 PM)
    • Broadway Medical Plaza 2 (Open 7 AM to 3:30 PM)
    • Columbia Medical Plaza (Open 7 AM to 3:30 PM)
    • Nifong Medical Plaza (Open 7 AM to 3:30 PM)
    • Moberly Medical Plaza (Open 8 AM to Noon)
