Boone Health recognized as No. 1 employer for health care professionals in the state of Missouri
COLUMBIA, Mo. – The awards continue to roll in for Boone Health. This month, Forbes announced that Boone Health was recognized as the No. 1 employer for health care professionals in the state of Missouri.

Boone Health ranked No. 42 nationally, and in their article, Forbes noted that “…the better equipped healthcare professionals are as employees, the better their ability to take care of their patients.”
The ranking was based off a survey of more than 17,000 employees in health care, asking those employees how likely they were to recommend their current employer to others. Survey respondents were asked to rate their employer on several criteria, including wages, working conditions and schedules, career advancement opportunities, and safety. Forbes said that the ranked health care organizations demonstrated they were prioritizing the needs and wellbeing of their staffs, which ultimately led to better care for patients.
