Description

CPR - Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation

  • American Heart Association certifications in CPR, AED, First Aid, and BLS, valid for 2 years.
  • Optional modules for child and infant CPR and AED, and Pediatric First Aid.
  • Online blended learning or instructor lead class options.

Non-certification options available:

  • Provides a practical, easy-to-learn overview that empowers participants to take action confidently in an emergency.
  • Includes manikins and AED training devices for hands-on practice.

Health/Wellness Presentations

  • On-site at your workplace.
    • Our team of experts can tailor a presentation to meet the specific needs of your employees, covering topics such as nutrition, exercise, mindful eating, sleep, nutrition myths, understanding food labels, and more.
    • If you have an employee gym: our trained staff can demonstrate proper use of exercise machines and offer personalized recommendations.

Description

First Aid Station

  • Keep your employees safe during any indoor or outdoor work event by having our licensed staff on-site to manage a fully equipped first aid station, which includes an AED device.

Flu Vaccines Clinics

  • Licensed professionals deliver convenient, on-site flu vaccinations each fall, making it easy for your team to stay healthy and protected.

Skin Cancer Screenings

  • Full head‑to‑toe skin cancer screening performed by certified screeners.
  • No disrobing is required—employees are simply encouraged to wear loose,
    comfortable clothing.
  • Quick, convenient, and potentially life‑saving opportunity to detect concerns early without leaving work.

Description

TLP - Total Lipid Profile

  • Tests for total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides, and optional glucose.
  • The screening takes about 15 minutes, and participants receive guidance on understanding their numbers.

A1C - Glycohemoglobin, Hemoglobin A1C test

  • Conducted via a fingerstick with instant results, this test measures average blood glucose levels over the past three months.
  • Commonly used to screen for prediabetes or diabetes.
  • Can be included with total TLP, or stand alone test.

Blood Draw (Venipuncture)

Results sent via secured email with written explanation of results.

Description

TSH - Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone

  • Primary indicator of how well the thyroid is functioning.
  • Small changes in thyroid hormone levels show up early in TSH levels.
  • This makes it one of the most useful screening tools for thyroid disorders.
  • Can be performed on men and women.

PSA - Prostate-Specific Antigen

  • Used primarily to screen for prostate cancer (Men)
  • Helps identify early changes in prostate health, including potential signs of prostate cancer often before symptoms appear.
  • Medical sources note that PSA is a protein made by both normal and abnormal prostate tissue, and elevated levels can signal a problems.

Vitamin D

  • Necessary vitamin D levels play a vital role in bone strength, muscle function,
    and immune health.
  • Deficiencies are more common than many people realize.

CMP - Comprehensive Metabolic Panel

  • Gives a broad, detailed picture of how several major systems in the body are functioning. It measures 14 different markers related to the liver, kidneys, electrolytes, blood sugar, and overall metabolic balance.
    • This makes it one of the most useful routine screening tools in preventive care.
