Program Details
Flex Pool
If you have least one year of recent acute RN experience, the Boone Hospital Flex Pool may be the right choice for you! Our easy-to-use online system lets you choose and schedule the hours you want to work. Choose from available 4-hour, 8-hour and 12-hour shifts are available (must work minimum of 24 hours per 6-week schedule). Base rates start at $42/hour plus differentials. Pods are set up for Medical Specialties, ICU, Emergency Department and Women's and Children's.
Flex+
We often hear from agency nurses how wonderful it is to work at Boone. Our Flex+ program offers the advantages of agency work + the bonus of calling Boone home. Flex+ nurses commit to a 6-week contract and can earn as much as $67/hour.
Weekend Option Workforce (WOW)
Are you the type of professional who prefers working weekends? Then the Weekend Option Workforce (WOW) program is right for you! Receive premium pay by committing to work 24 hours every weekend. The program is available on a variety of units, from the emergency department to women’s and children’s health and positions are benefit-eligible. Although primarily a weekend program, you still have the option of working weekday shifts, when available.
